On your nursing internship in The Philippines, you’ll find families are responsible for washing and feeding patients, leaving you to engage in more pressing duties and cases. These often include various tropical infectious diseases, HIV, and leptospirosis. You can also spend time in the animal bites clinic, where you'll witness the treatment of rabies. After finishing work for the day, why not experience being 'cooked alive’ in a Kawa hot bath, or whale watching off the coast of Cebu? Read what our students think below!
