A radiology internship in Ghana will still give you the opportunity to work with X-ray and ultrasound, through which you’ll engage with a whole range of conditions and pathologies, most of which are presented when fairly advanced. Expect to observe and assist with hysterosalphingograms, barium meals, ureothograms, and fistusograms. Outside of your clinical experience, there’s something to suit every type of visitor. For the adventurous, visit Mole Game Park to discover the local wildlife. For those searching for some relaxation, head to one of Ghana’s golden beaches for a cocktail and some sun.
